I was told that it is a new company taking over all electricity companies is Australia. I asked her several times during the conversation why she would need my details for my health care card if she is just confirming for the transfer of the company changing names. She told me that they needed to re-add it as it gets wiped from the database. It wasn't till the end when I heard of it being a new contract that I asked her again. She responded that she didn't miss lead me, that she told me from the beginning that it was a new contract with a different company and the current company that I'm with is still in business. I was very pissed off that I was miss lead from the start and during the conversation, even after I asked her several times that this means that the company that I'm with is being taken over by them. Whomever is in charge of the people calling needs to retrain them as they lie to people to start a contract with them for a new company. My times has been wasted and I am overly pissed off of how I was miss lead.
