Just got call from this number spam call for sure. Answered and it hung up.
It was a man voice with a party noise in background, he actually asked me "are you Indian", and I answered with "Sorry??" (as in wtf you care) the he said "yes you are" and hang up.., how rude... I am going to find more about this and deal with him/them.
