All I can say is I never answer my phone now because almost 100 % of phone calls and text messages I receive are spam or scam. How do I know? I Google every number I receive to find out where they are coming from but never try to call the numbers back (I tried once and the number ended up being invalid). I never click on any links I receive in text messages. The spam or scam numbers are always mobile numbers or 03 area code numbers never 02 area code numbers. If you don't know anyone living in Vic chances are it's a scam or spam number.
After reading these reviews above, the caller had the nerve to call a 2nd time in under 30 mins… upon answering, there was a slight delay of a few seconds before the caller’s voice came thru the line - a clear sign of an overseas caller … Indian/Paki caller, woman who began introducing herself as calling from “Unique blah blah…” … I cut her off mid sentence and told her outright:
“I don’t know how you got this number but it is a Business Mobile Number…. This is the 2nd time you’ve called in under 30 minutes, take me off your call list please….!”
The caller abruptly hung up without saying anything further….

Calling nonstop, might be spoofed, best way is to block the number so the owner can have her privacy back.
Funny how these people obtain your phone number when you do not contact them. Should be examined for either being a nuisance caller or scammer. Telco should close this number down.
