This is a Scam. They said they were working for AGL as a third party checking people's electricity accounts to see if they can get a better deal. THEY SAID they would not try and talk me into a better deal with another company - but they tried after 20 minutes.
I rang AGL and reported them. They said to me they send out personal emails only to customers informing them of a better deal. ANOTHER SCAM. They called themselves WOLRD CONNECT - Avoid them like the plague.
Called twice today and didn't leave a message.
