    They’ve been calling me multiple times a day to do a survey for transport NSW. I live in Victoria and this is a massive nuisance.

    This c*nt keeps calling me like once or twice everyday which is so delusional. But thankfully I never answered that phone call because I just realised that it was a scammer from somewhere.

    I’m wondering how many blocked numbers can be held on a iPhone. If they keep up the calling I guess we will find out.

    Survey for Transport NSW, calling from a Victorian number, saying I should have a letter, but not having my name. If it's legit they are ticking all the boxes to look like a scam.

    Received a call from this number claiming to be a survey from NSW Transport. They did ask some questions that seems personal such as my income and work address etc. But since I received a letter previously I didn't think too much since she was able to read out my address and they got my phone number not likely they got most of my details already.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
