For some time I have been receiving calls which are clearly a recorded message. The message tells me that my internet connection will be cut off immediately as the National Broadband Network now covers my area (which it does not). It advises that I should press one on my keypad to contact a technician. Obviously I have not. I cannot say that all previous calls came from that number but the one I got yesterday 25/7/2019 clearly did.
