This number calls my phone about twice every few days. They usually do not leave a message, but today I received a surprisingly friendly voicemail from them.
I received three calls asking if I had received my free LED lights for installation by their electrician. After I expressed my lack of interest, the Indian lady on the line surprisingly mentioned, “this is a scam anyway.” I have now blocked the number.
I suspect this is a spam or scam call, likely more toward being a scam. I've received numerous calls lately from other numbers starting with 03) 7068, including this one, and none left messages. It’s best to avoid answering these calls.

This number has called my landline so far today twice as of 5 Mar 22 at noon, yesterday 5 times as best I know and has been calling since the start of March or maybe longer. I always answer with hello? Never: Yes. I have answered this call before and have got a loud busy call centre background with the operator asking if I what free items such as LED bulbs, water-saving showerheads, energy monitors etc. I never say yes. As I live in Victoria, Australia I normally either ask do you know that is finished or say I already got, bye.
I am curious just what their scamming script is aimed at getting from us and how it would actually work, but I am betting it will be something involving confirming identity via CC detail. I wonder if it would be worth burning a throwaway $10 CC and if it would help a police unit raid the place.
