Number called and when I answered, they hung up without saying anything.

The caller identified himself as Sam from NBN, claiming to have contacted me previously from a different number. He sounded similar to other callers named Michael and David. I was frustrated and told him to leave me alone, mentioning that the number was being traced. He abruptly hung up, which I found quite rude. There was noticeable call center noise in the background.

I didn't answer, but the caller with an Indian accent left a message asking for me by name. Background noise of phones ringing, definitely a call centre and probably scammers.
I answered the call, but there was no one on the other end. I could hear noises from a call center in the background before the call abruptly ended.
Its a scam number as when I call from a private line it blocks my call.
