This is a phishing scam caller who pretends to be NAB Bank notifying you of a fraudulent Visa transaction on your account. In my case it pretended to be a $900 Bitcoin fraud. I hung up immediately, but if you continued the usual request for details would no doubt have followed. The number is a known scam, but could be using a legit number as cover. Beware!
