I didn't answer the call because I assumed it was a scam based on the number.
I got a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft, but when I told him I don’t own a computer, he became very upset that I wasted his time. He then insulted me when I pointed out that he called me first!
A woman on the call had my name (which I don't know how she obtained) and claimed to be from Microsoft regarding my computer. When I asked her which computer she was talking about, she abruptly hung up.
