I suspect this is a scam caller. They called me at 8:58 PM on a Friday night. They seem to be overseas scammers who disregard the Do Not Call Register and clearly have no respect for anyone.
I missed a call from this number and they did not leave a voicemail. When I attempted to return the call, the line was not connected, which is suspicious.
The caller rings and hangs up just about three seconds after I answer. This has been happening once a day for the past ten days.
