What Our Users Reviewed
Definitely a scam call. They called, left a message, then when I rang back, they claimed they were PayPal and someone has stolen my identity and had bought a $299 gift card using a PayPal account. They wanted me to download an App and fill in a form so that they could cancel the order and protect my identity. When I said that I would not download anything and would not fill in a form, the man claimed he just wanted to help me stop the scammers. I have no PayPal account, which I told him. I also said that I didn't know if he was affiliated with PayPal. He hung up when I said I would not fill in any forms.
Automated scam.
