This number calls me daily at 8 AM and never leaves a message, suggesting it is not important. I suspect it belongs to a scammer.
I received a call from this number too. When I answered and said "hello" loudly, there was no response. I'm concerned they may be attempting to record and clone my voice for fraudulent purposes.
I have experienced similar issues. It seems like a group of scammers that make calls every morning around 8:00 AM. They use three or four different numbers with the 03 area code, which has been very frustrating. I have blocked their number.

Received 3 calls over the last 2 days 03 7064 8124 being the most recent. Yesterday I blocked 03 70648122 and 03 70648123.
I received a call from a scammer shortly after clicking a link in an advertisement on Facebook. They seemed to have my name and number, possibly obtained from that click. I have recorded the conversation as evidence. In the future, I recommend using a computer for such activities rather than a mobile device, or consider searching the information on your own.
Sure Scam. They may have your name too. Indian accent lady. They are trying to have you on phone to access your phone.

It was answered by a voice recording with an American accent stating that "all agents are busy right now," but there was no mention of any company name. This experience felt suspicious, so I decided to block the number.
This caller is extremely persistent and continues to contact me. I advise against answering this call.
