Caller spoke with really thick indian accent.
I could barely understand him.
Said something about energy deals.
Told him I wasn’t interested and hung up.
Before I had a chance to block the number, I received another call from him asking why I hung up.
I hung up again and was able to block number.
A female called me from this number and could hear a lot of chatter in the background. Similar to a call centre.
She advised she was from Energy Savers which took about 3 times of her repeating the company name due to her accent.
When I said I wasn’t interested, she told me that the area I lived in was being offered an incredible deal.
I asked her to confirm the area I lived in, and the area she mentioned was in another state; which I have never visited, let alone lived in.
I also received a call from this number and couldn’t work out if the caller said his name was Steve or Dave.
He kept asking “can you hear me?”
I said no (but obviously could as I kept saying no to his question)
He then began to raise his voice at me and eventually hung up on me.
I called back and I got an engaged signal.
Male caller with thick indian accent introduced himself as “I am a Steve” from Wholesale.
I didn’t understand the rest of the company name, so asked him to repeat it.
He then hung up.
