Spam/nuisance call. Redialing goes to an 'Energy Savers' answering machine asking for personal details.
A caller identified themselves as being from "Telstra" and claimed that my IP address was public. They insisted that I download a program to make it private, which would give them remote access to my device. I refused to comply, as this is definitely a scam.
This was a nuisance call categorized as spam. According to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), it is another number belonging to NETSIP, a company associated with Aussie Broadband.
