Just got a call at 7:55 PM on a Friday night. Woman claiming to be Pamela (has very thick Indian accent and weirdly pronounced Pamela so I don’t think this is her real name). Anyway she claimed she was calling on behalf of the Victorian Government giving free hot water & gas systems. I told her I wasn’t interested. She got a bit aggressive and spoke over me telling me I hadn’t listened to her properly and she was offering me something. I asked her if it was actually HER offering this OR was it Victorian Government as she first claimed.

She told me I was a smart arse prick.

I told her what I thought of her, hung up and blocked.

“Pamela” from “Victorian Energy Upgrade Products & Appliances”

Had very hard to understand Indian type accent.

Wanted to let me know the Victorian Government had approved to upgrade my hot water system for free.

I told her that was nice of them considering I don’t live in Victoria.

She started rambling on about my gas system as well.

I again told her that I don’t live in Victoria then she asked me if I knew anyone that does.

Hung up on her and blocked number.
