Number called two days ago, no message was left. After reading other people's reports, I would say definitely a scammer. Got call today from similar number, ending in 4868 instead of 4888.

Currently overseas. Took call 2nd time it rang. Maybe a family illness? Said she was from Services Australia. Asked her if she was calling about my mother or brother (both in care). Wouldn't verify. Hung up. Telstra got onto it & charged me $10 for taking call.

I answered the phone and received an automated message stating it was from ANZ Bank regarding a payment of $1200. Since I am not an ANZ Bank customer, I suspect this call was made by scammers.
