Probably scam, someone stating they were calling from security department of VISA and Mastercard. Hung up promptly as this makes no sense whatsoever.

Scam.... Foreign speaking person saying suspicious activity on Mastercard, Insisted I write down the info he was telling me, and then wanted me to repeat it back to him and confirm. Got angry when I refused to confirm anything. Asked which bank I was with and I gave a dodgy one and then he said he was from that banks Card Security. I hung up.
