This is DEFINITELY a scam! I did not answer the phone as I did not recognise the number, so it went to voicemail leaving the following message in a robot voice:

"Hi, This is Olivia from the Commonwealth Bank. We have received a transaction request of $1800 against your debit card attempt a few moments ago. If you did not authorise this transaction please press 1. To approve this transaction press 2."
