I've received a recorded message from what claimed to be Telstra, telling me that my phone number would be disconnected if I didn’t make a payment. This was the third call I received today, all from different numbers. I immediately hung up and blocked the number.
A man named John called, claiming to be from Telstra. When I informed him that I was actually with Optus, he hesitated and the conversation seemed suspicious.

This number is associated with a scam call. The caller claimed that my phone service would be deactivated unless I made immediate contact with them due to reported abnormalities. They referenced Telstra and a Chinese agency, but I want to clarify that I am not a Telstra customer.
This is a spam caller who makes false claims that your phone service will be interrupted for 2 hours. They prompt you to press #1 for English customer service or #2 for Chinese customer service. I recommend blocking this caller to avoid further issues.
