I received a call from this number that ended with no response; they did not leave any message.
The caller claimed to be from the Telstra Faults team and wanted to discuss my internet service. This is clearly a scam since I've never been a Telstra customer!
A man named Eric claimed to be from Commonwealth Bank, saying there was an international transaction on my account. However, I do not have any accounts with Commonwealth Bank. This seems like a scam, so please take caution to avoid being misled.
When I answered this call, there was a noticeable delay before a recorded female voice notified me that my Amazon Prime account was about to be charged $99.99. The recorded message instructed me to press button 1 if I wanted to cancel the transaction. I didn't engage and hung up instead, recognizing it as a common scam.
