Probably a scam.
Spam call from someone pretending to be Telstra. Told me my internet was being hacked and people were accessing my devices and gaining personal information. Wanted to gain access to my laptop via remote access and hung up when I asked too many questions (I kept them talking far longer then usual to waste their time for a change - I was bored). But do not do what they want.
I received a call from an individual claiming to be an Indian scammer, stating he was calling from the Commonwealth Bank.
