I received a recorded message stating it was the Commonwealth Bank, claiming that $1,800 worth of Bitcoin was taken from my account, and instructed me to press 1 for assistance. The call disconnected when I didn’t respond. This is likely a scam attempt.

I received a suspicious call claiming to be from Commonwealth Bank (CBA), stating that my card had been used to purchase $1800 worth of Bitcoin. However, I do not have an account with CBA, which makes this call a scam. I strongly advise others to be cautious.

Voice message left stating I would be charged a renewal $99 for Amazon Prime. I don't use the service.

Two different numbers called with same message. I don’t answer any calls anymore, unless they’re in my contacts or I’m waiting for a call back. The voice message they left was automated, saying I was being charged $99 for Amazon Prime but I don’t use that service so clearly a scammer. First number they called from was 02 5612 0434 saying from Coffs Harbour, NSW, and second call was from 03 7043 9450 from Melbourne. Both blocked, but no doubt there will be more of the same from other numbers.

They didn't leave a message, which often suggests that this is either a marketing solicitation or a charity call, likely not legitimate.

Called my mobile, was very noisy in the background and said they were with the security team for Mastercard calling about unauthorised transactions. Definitely spam as I am not with Mastercard, and it sounded like they weren't calling from an office background.
