A random, recorded message detailing bogus VISA transactions on eBay.
This is a scam call - either Visa or MasterCard would call regarding unauthorised transactions. Rather, it would be your bank, credit union, etc as the card issuer.

Scammer.
Called out of the blue. It seemed like an international call despite the local number as there was a delay in responding to my hello. A woman (east Asian accent) finally speaks and asks if she was speaking to [name] which was wrong. Tried calling back the number but got an instant busy signal.
Computer rang to say my Mastercard (I don't have one) would be debited for an eBay purchase with a certain amount of time if I didn't press 1 or 2.
Haven't bought anything on eBay.
