Given that my number isn't even a Vodaphone number and the fact that others have pointed out the similar Press 1 for English,2 for Chinese but for a completely different 'service',100% scam.

Lady claiming to be from eBay asked if I bought $500 gift card, hung up abruptly when I said yes
Yeah I got that to but didn’t say government details just “for details press…”ect googling number actually works so yay.
Came to my home home phone which redirected to mobile. The mobile warned of a scam call so ignored by me. Thanks for confirming.
Just got a call from this number. It left a message telling me they had important government information and to press 1 for Australian or 2 for Chinese. Thanks for the heads up on this being scammers. Of course I didn't press any numbers, have deleted message as well.
