Interesting how other users say it was visa calling them when I actually unlocked a new character it was daniel from Amazon who noticed I’d bought an iPhone 11 pro (?) daniel was a robot so I couldn’t say much to him but yes definitely a scam.
Defiantly a Cold Call Scam. I answered and they said it was the credit department of Visa, and I had some unauthorised charges on my Visa card. I told them to Stop Scamming People and the reply is they were not a scam. I then asked them how is it I have charges on my Visa card when they don't know my name nor do I have a Visa Card. They then hung up.
