This phone number is a scam. I received a scam phishing email from a fake Gmail account claiming to be from McAfee. The email told me that my bank account would be charged for a McAfee product. I never have used a McAfee product.

Here's why this email is a scam:

Phishing Attempt: The email aims to trick you into clicking on a link or calling a phone number to steal your personal information, such as credit card details or login credentials.

False Sense of Urgency: The email creates a sense of urgency by stating that your subscription has ended and is being automatically renewed. This may pressure you into taking immediate action without thinking critically.

Untrustworthy Phone Number: The provided phone number is not associated with legitimate McAfee customer support. Scammers often use fake phone numbers to lure victims into providing sensitive information.

How to Avoid Email Scams.

Be wary of unexpected emails: If you receive an email from an unexpected sender or an email with suspicious content, be cautious.

Don't click on links or open attachments in suspicious emails: These links and attachments may contain malware or redirect you to phishing websites.

Verify the sender's identity: Check the sender's email address carefully for any typos or inconsistencies.

Never provide personal information in response to unsolicited emails: Legitimate companies will never ask for sensitive information through email.

This number was used by a scammer who convinced me that a sum of money had ben deposited to my bank in error. Indeed the amount appeared as a deposit when I went online to my bank. The deposit was shown along with the increased balance. With a view of returning the particular amount I foolishly provided full access. Bendigo Bank aborted the attepted withdrawal and confirmed that the balance I was seeing on screen was a fiction. Believe me it looked real as real as the transactions could ever be. It was a sham and I'd fallen for it. The other phone number they used is 02 75296514. I was lucky. I hope you see this before you get conned. It was a magnificent and very convincing con.
