This report describes a scam involving a phone call about solar rebates. The call is initially a robocall that plays until you answer, at which point background noise can be heard. If you mention that you already have solar power, the caller keeps insisting on offering you a solar rebate. When you tell them you can't proceed because you already have solar, they abruptly hang up. This pattern is typical of a failed scam attempt.
