Phone call claiming to be commonwealth bank in relation to an overseas transaction. It was a foreign person speaking on the other end. Sounded very sus so I hung up.
The caller pretended to represent Commonwealth Bank, claiming that there was a suspicious charge on my account and offering to assist me in blocking it. This was clearly a scam.
I answered the call and could hear call center noise in the background. They did not say anything, so I chose to hang up and have since blocked the number.
