It is clearly scam, what stopoing us to catch them.
Recieved a phone call that was labelled ‘Melbourne’ under this number. It was an automated message that said “ this is from PayPal and there is an $800 order pending from PayPal. If you accept press 1 or decline press 2”. I just hanged up the phone.

Number is from spammers - recorded message saying it's from pay pal.
Although I didn't answer the call, I returned it and encountered a recording stating, "the message bank of this number is full at this time, goodbye." As a result, I have decided to block the number for my safety.
Recieved a call from this number saying it was PayPal and there was a pending $800 transaction for 2 Apple gift cards. It wanted me to press 1 or 2 to either accept or decline the transaction. I simply hung up.
