Scammers making appointment to connect my National Broadband Network to fibre. He asked for my mobile, I said no, he made an appointment and then asked again, I said no. Passed me on to a supervisor asked me for mobile number, he was upset I said no. I said last time National Broadband Network called me they stole money from my bank account, he hung up.
Caller said she was from Telstra, mentioned I've been loyal customer for years, offered discounts for 60+ customers. had my name and address correct, then asked for date of birth. when I asked how she knew I was a Telstra customer she hung up

This is definitely a scam. Just got a call from 03704 27595 - the caller with a Pakistani accent purported to be from National Broadband Network and wanted to make an appointment to visit our property on 19 October 2023. He also wanted to know how many items we own which use National Broadband Network. I asked for his number so I could ring him but he hung up.
I rang the number shown on my telephone and got an automated 'mailbox is full, cannot accept any messages.'
