SCAMMERS!!!!
A lady with strong accent called in, with extremely unprofessional way of asking my energy information. She knew my name and I asked her where did she got my info. She replied that she got it from some kind of government. It was ok and not too bad up until here.
I actually went along with it and provided the rate on my energy bill and she let another guy to call me back to ‘compare my energy rate’. The guy was pushing even harder and asked for more energy consumption info. He gave a comparable lower electricity rate and pushed even harder. I insisted to have a written copy through email, he refused, and I later requested it again. He rudely replied no and hung up on me.
I’m guessing either they are lame, unprofessional telemarketers, or scammers trying to get my credit card information.
