    Also got called by this number for TAS, but it was in fact from the restaurant I just ordered delivery from, perhaps this is the doordash number?

    Missed 3 calls with no voicemail. Was in-fact the restaurant I ordered from asking to replace one item with another as they did not have any of the item available. Not a scam.

    It was a gelato place. I placed a Doordash order calling back to fix a problem with my order. I assume it's Doordash's customer callback number. Not a scammer, but be sure to wait for a voicemail just in case you're unsure:)

    This is Doordash. If the restaurant you've ordered from needs to contact you, this is the number you'll see come through to your phone.

    Restaurant using the DoorDash customer call back if there are issue/s with the restaurant. NOT SPAM if you ordered something from Doordash.

    It's a doordash number. You can't return the phone call.

    Was Bento Shoreline TAS, calling to double check my order via DoorDash, as I'd made a special request order for no mayonnaise on my sushi rolls.

    It shows it’s from TAS and I saw the reviews below so I didn’t pick up for 4 times... But apparently they are from SUBWAY at Macquarie Park in Sydney... They tried to call me for an order issue.

    Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.

    Call or message may be a scam if:

    • You're asked for personal information or money;
    • Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
    • The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
    • You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
    • The caller wants to access and control your computer.

    To protect yourself:

    • Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
    • If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
    • Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
    • Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
    • Do not send any money.
    • Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
