Phoned me at 5.30 pm saying they were national health line conducting a survey to improve health services and would take 20mins. I declined. They rang again 8 pm but didn't leave a message. Answering surveys is risky as can't verify caller and all sorts of info can be extracted and targeted...
It's scammer.
