What Our Users Reviewed

I asked the caller if they were genuinely working for Telstra or one of its subsidiaries, but they didn't seem to understand my question. They provided a Telstra employee number, which I have no means to verify, and then claimed there was an issue with my internet service. When I mentioned that I work in IT and would have my team investigate, they abruptly hung up. I suspect this was a scam.

The caller claimed that my NBN connection had been hacked, which sounds fraudulent and should be treated with caution.
