I believe this is a scam call. I did not pick up, but they left a voicemail claiming to be from Vodafone saying, "Urgent message: Your mobile service will cease soon. Press 8 for English, press 9 for Chinese." I suspect this number is spoofed; it's either from Sorell, TAS 7172, or associated with Symbio Networks Pty Ltd, which reportedly provides overseas scammers with Australian ties. I think Australian regulators should look into this matter.
