I a Kelly Walker call today for the second time. The voice is clearly a computer generated voice with American accent. Asked me to call 02 6121 4120 urgently to prevent the ATO from taking action against me. This is a scam and I am not calling back.

Don't answer the phone id this number appears on your caller id. It is a scam. It is not the ATO. They are telling you that you will have a police officer on your door step for you arrest.

Received a call from 03 6121 4120 saying there is a urgent matter with tax and she is from the ATO and that I must call back on another number that they provided. At first I thought it might be legit, but didn't respond then they rang back about 1hr latter same message. I noticed there was no usual ATO spiel and no privacy questions asked. When I asked the Indian man not to yell at me, he called me a F------ B----- so I hung up. The ATO would never swear at anyone. Claiming to be from ATO stating that there had been a tax audit between 2009-2013 and they wanted $9.000 dollars from me due to tax anomalies with my returns and that they had filed a lawsuit against me.
