Defiantly a scam, got a call from this number saying something vague about an emergency then 1 for english then blocked it, then got a call a couple hours later from an extremely similar number from the st james area, the only difference being the last digit.
Scam call.
During this call, I heard an automated voice mention "not normal service" on my phone and then requested a language selection between Australian and Chinese. The message was repeated multiple times before the caller disconnected.
Scam caller. They left a recorded english message about phone service noy normal usage or some crap. & then to press 1. For english or 2. For chinese. Blocked & reported yet more scammer scum.
