Australian Tax Office how can I help I just hung up I submitted details to the fraud line at the ATO.. Then got response call not be connected.

Hi I just received an automated call from some one saying I am being sued and to call a certain number with a department number.
I just called the number back and it sounded like an indan call center and I asked what company he was from and could not understand his reply.
