Scammers, Indian fellow asking for ‘the owner’. Initial pause as you answer the phone indicates the call is from overseas. India???? Annoying and called me 4 times in a day.
I received a phone call from this number. As soon as their number was on my phone, I called back to ask who's calling. This number said I can get some discount in paying electricity bill.
