The owner of this phone number has sent emails about being in serious trouble with the police and ask you to call (03) 5294-0842 immediately or you will be prosecuted. After ringing the number it is continuously engaged.

Got a call and went to voicemail. Message left was the ATO scam. Ignore and block this number.
"I can tell you the reason for the call is to inform you that you have been listed as the primary suspect in a case being filed by the ATO and I have received a legal affidavit against your name in which it says there is an outstanding tax liability.
