Scam call. Said that there had been purchasing activity on my eBay account that looked sus and asked me to download quicksupport app. DO NOT download this app, it allows them to install malware. Said they were from eBay, but that the activity was on my bank account which was either with NAB or Commbank lol. They eventually hung up when I asked for their contact details so I could report the fraudulent activity on my account to police.
