Yep pain in ass call and a prank or scam.
Keep missing calls... Phone doesn't even ring. When it does, within moments of me answering, it hangs up after a recorded message saying "goodbye".

This number is suspicious and I picked up and speaked in English but caller didn't talk and hanged up.
I received few similar suspicious phone calls recently they don't talk in English as well. They lied to me that I had a parcel to be collected at my address but they didn't know where that parcel came from. They ask you to provide your name and other personal information to search the parcel information. Few weeks later, more suspicious phone calls came to me. Caller pretented himself to be an officer from XXX Bank and told you that you have a credit card issued few weeks ago and now with a credit bill to be paid more than $3000. They are frauds and spams. Do not answer any question to them or never believe them until you had your own investigation.
I've had many Calls each day from this umber over the last 3 weeks. No message is ever left. Not keen to answer it!
Potentially a scam. This number called me twice today and did not leave a message either time. Calling it back tells me the number is not connected.
