I recorded a call from this number on my answering machine twice. The callers, who appeared to be speaking a foreign language, possibly Chinese, did not realize they were being taped. They call multiple times a day, often until 8 PM. I suspect these are overseas callers who may be attempting to scam Australian residents, as I've also received similar calls from a different 07 number which seems to use Australian phone numbers to trick us into answering.
I received a call from someone named Richard claiming to be from Charity Choice. He mentioned that I needed charity and that he could help, but when I asked for clarification, he didn’t respond to my question, which left me very suspicious. I eventually hung up.
I receive more than three calls a day from the number (03) 4504 2444, however, every time I answer, no one speaks.
This number seemed suspicious, so I answered pretending to be from a fake private investigator company. As soon as I did, the caller hung up.
