This call came from a call center located in India, using phone numbers associated with Tasmania. They falsely claimed to be from the Victorian Government, offering free energy-saving devices in exchange for personal information. It was obvious that their English skills were extremely poor, and it’s hard to believe that anyone in Australia would hire them.
