Have had three missed calls from this number over the last three days. Called it today, it is regarding a free hot water upgrade to Victorian homeowners apparently. I told them I don't own my home (I rent) and that was that. I think It might be legit but I'm not positive. They were polite and ended the call when I told them I don't own my home, so I can't accept any hot water upgrade.
