I received a call from this number but didn't recognize it, so I chose not to answer. They did not leave a voicemail message. I suspect this is a spam number.

Interesting reading the comment about this number being a bank. The very same number the guy said he was from National Broadband Network. He obviously moves around a bit.
I simply said "Sorry mate, I don't like being rude but I'm hanging up now" and then hung up & blocked number.
I did not recognize the number, so I decided not to answer the call. I suspect it might be a scammer.
2-50 pm 19 February 2024 received a call from this number (03) 4334 1850 answered it and an Asian sounding male voice said ringing from my bank and that there was a suspicious activity on my credit card did I just pay $900 dollars about 30 minutes ago.
I said NO. Caller asked for more details and I said I don't have a credit card I can't help you and the caller.
Hung up on me and ended the call.
I received a spam call from this phone number at 1:07 pm on Friday 16 February 2024.
I didn't answer the call but a message was left regarding a charge on my Visa Card - however I don't have a Visa Card, only a MasterCard.
A return phone call to this number gave a recorded message saying that this number is not connected.
When I answered this call, there was no response whatsoever. I suspect it could be a robocall trying to reach someone else.
