What Our Users Reviewed
I received a recorded message stating that there was an Amazon payment of $14.95 charged to my credit card, along with another significant charge. The message instructed me to press 1 to speak with the accounts department and came in at 5:30 am, which is unusual.
Chinese scam.
I received an automated recording claiming to deliver an urgent message from Telstra about the potential disconnection of my phone service, asking me to choose 1 for English and 2 for Chinese.
This was clearly an obvious scam call. The caller claimed to be from Telstra, stating my service would be shut down, but they repeatedly asked if I preferred to communicate in Chinese, prompting me to press '2' for Chinese, which felt very suspicious.
Had a missed call and message left on voicemail was not in English (possibly Chinese). No idea what it was about but most likely SPAM!
