This call appeared to be from Bakery Hill, Victoria. I missed the call and when I called the number back, I only heard a recorded message stating that the number was not in use. I believe this was likely an attempted scam.
Keep getting calls from this and very similar numbers, saying they are from Ballarat and is Optus number. Also comes up with Potential Fraud on my phone. Been getting these calls and scam emails supposedly from Optus about billing errors ever since that last outage. Makes me think they were hacked again.
I received a voicemail in both English and Chinese stating that my Telstra account will be deactivated shortly. However, I do not have an account with Telstra, which raises my suspicion about this call.

I had a missed call from this number this afternoon. They did not leave a message on my phone so I tried calling them back on my work phone and it said "the number is not in use"
