This is a scam call. The caller claimed to be from Telstra, stating that my phone would be disconnected soon. They offered me the option to press 1 for Chinese and 2 for English, which seemed suspicious.
The call I received was a pre-recorded message threatening me with charges. It seemed suspicious and I am concerned about it.

Advises to push a number to connect and speak with someone.
Scam don't do it.
